In this exciting and versatile role, you will be responsible for the independent creation of concepts as well as planning, implementation and controlling in your area as a:

 

Inhouse Consultant Microsoft M365/O365 (100 % f/m/d)

 

The main tasks of your global role:

  • Definition, design, and maintenance of Microsoft M365 and O365 landscape including all connected collaboration applications
  • Tracking of upcoming changes and ensuring application availability
  • Gathering business requirements and providing an implementation concept
  • Understanding and promotion of MS Technology Roadmap
  • Autonomous execution of Change Requests and small change projects
  • Support testing with business users
  • User training including creation of IT training documents
  • Technical documentation of customizations and developments
  • Optimization of applications towards optimal performance and usability
  • Support the Infrastructure team in completing cloud adoption to Azure (cloud first strategy, both Infrastructure and applications)
  • Define non-functional requirements and requirement frameworks for our digital solutions portfolio
  • Provide governance of business solutions on an ongoing basis according to Burckhardt's architecture principles
  • Support solution architects connecting other applications to the MS Technology stack in an industrialized manner
  • 2nd level support
  • Solution Delivery as part of cross functional projects

 

Your profile:

  • Master or bachelor's degree in IT engineering or similar education
  • At least 5-year relevant years in depths experience in M365/O365
  • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Good requirement gathering skills with end users
  • Knowledge of Do's and Don'ts in Power Platform
  • Ability to understand BC’s business processes implemented in O365
