To support our Sales Team, we are looking for:


Sales Manager – (KSA)


You should have at least 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales, typically in a multinational company (preferably in Oil and Gas or Rotating Equipment).

Experience in the Saudi market is a must.


Your tasks will be the following:


  • Reporting to the Sales Director weekly on general job-related matters
  • Develop the local Markets for the Spare Parts, Revamp and Maintenance business for Burckhardt and other OEM Equipment's
  • Managing the company's accounts and create new business within the territory an establishing
  • Schedule regular sales call with key and prospective accounts to promote BCSA capabilities
  • Preparing / revising cost estimation and commercial proposals
  • Ensure compliance of bid documents in term of gathering market price, compliance of bid documents and overall quality of the technical and commercial bid
  • Develop short, medium- and long-term aftermarket business plan for the KSA, Bahrain
  • Drive profitability by ensuring margin protection and overall development of value proposition to customer
  • Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both customer and company needs within guidelines set by company
  • Giving local support to the Burckhardt Project Managers for ordered projects
  • Increase brand recognition by participation to regional events in line with allocated budget and coordinating with HQ for organization of online sessions (webinars, TechX change etc.)
  • Perform regular business review with management, agents, key accounts, gather competitor information and give inputs on long term strategy
  • Proactively develop long terms service agreements and support the sale of upgrades and repair
  • Ensure the team exceeds BC expectations in term of EOHS
  • Maintain highest standard of compliance with BC Code of Conduct and local laws and regulations
  • Act always in accordance with Company standards and procedure for Health, Safety and Environmental


Job Requirements:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Have had at least 7 years' relevant experience
  • Experience with reciprocating compressors as application, design, sales engineer, or technical specialist is a must
  • Undertake all company, software and external training as directed by the Line Manager either at BCAG or BCAE & BCSA offices or as required
