• 업무 내용 (Job Description)

1. 기술 지원 및 문제 해결 (Technical Support & Troubleshooting)

• 접수된 고객 요청에 대한 신속하고 정확한 기술 지원 제공
• 제품 문제 해결을 위한 원인 분석 수행 및 후속 조치, 개선 방안 검토
• 현장 서비스 엔지니어(Field Service Representative)의 기술 지원 요청에 대한 신속한 대응

2. 고객 대응 및 관계 관리 (Customer Management)

• 정기적인 현장 방문 및 고객 미팅을 통해 기술적 불편 사항·개선 요구사항 파악
• 고객 이슈가 해결될 때까지 지속적인 후속 관리 수행
• 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 신뢰 기반의 고객 관계 구축 및 유지

3. 영업 및 프로젝트 지원 (Sales & Project Support)

• 영업 부서와 협력하여 신규 사업·프로젝트 발굴 및 수주 활동 지원
• 고객 요구 사양 검토 후, 영업 및 관련 부서에 위험성 평가를 포함한 기술적 피드백 제공

4. 현장 관리 및 절차 준수 (Site Supervision & Compliance)

• 필요 시 현장에서 공사 감독 또는 시공·설치·정비 관리 업무 수행
• BC Standard Procedure를 준수하며 프로젝트 실행 및 현장 운영 관리

5. 기술 문서 및 교육 (Technical Documentation & Training)

• 최신 기술 정보 유지 및 업데이트
• 내부 및 외부 교육 자료 개발 및 교육 제공

• 자격 요건 (Qualifications)

• 공학 계열 학사 학위 이상 또는 이에 준하는 학력
• 고객 서비스, 기술 지원, 또는 현장 서비스 분야 8년 이상 경력(과장급 이상)
• 산업용 왕복동 압축기, 터보 기계(Centrifugal compressor/turbine), 선박용 엔진 등 다양한 산업 기계에 대한 고객 지원, 정비 및 공사 경험
• 석유화학, 정유 플랜트, 조선·해운 분야 경험 우대
• 자기 주도적이고 적극적이며 고객 중심적 사고 보유
• 부서 간 원활한 협업 능력 및 개방적 커뮤니케이션 역량
• 국내외 출장 및 파견 가능자

• Job Description:

1    Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide prompt and accurate technical support in response to customer inquiries.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for product issues and review follow-up actions and potential improvement measures.
• Respond quickly to technical support requests from Field Service Representatives.

2    Customer Management

• Conduct regular on-site visits and customer meetings to identify technical concerns and improvement needs.
• Perform continuous follow-up until customer issues are fully resolved.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

3    Sales & Project Support

• Collaborate with the Sales Department to identify new business and project opportunities, and support bid activities.
• Review customer specifications and provide technical feedback—including risk assessments—to Sales and related internal teams.

4    Site Supervision & Compliance

• When required, perform site supervision or manage installation, construction, or maintenance activities.
• Ensure project execution and field operations comply with BC Standard Procedures.

5    Technical Documentation & Training

• Maintain up-to-date technical information and documentation.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions internally and externally.

• Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service/technical support or field service
• Preferred experience of gas compressor in industry, petrochemical/refinery plants
• Preferred experience in marine propulsion/generator engine
• Self-driven, proactive and customer satisfaction oriented
• Cross-functional collaboration and open communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
