What the role involves is the following :

Sells to end customer who is located in Korea

Sells to EPC who is located in Korea
-
Opportunity identification management before and as part of EPC bidding.

Builds and maintains strong relationship with end customer and EPCs in Korea beyond individual project bids.

Identifies the winning proposal and leads both customer as well as the internal support functions towards a successful business deal

Independently prepares commercial tender for buying customer/EPC based on technical tender which is coming from Application Engineering within our global organization.

Commercially and technically defends the quote during clarification and negotiation meetings with customers

Regularly follows-up with customer to monitor project status and to assure a leading competitive position throughout the entire bid phase

Responsible for the negotiations and successful closing of the deal

Responsible for timely reporting of local customer base, business opportunities and bid status in the CRM system and at the defined sales meetings

Responsible for the quote risk assessment by involving other relevant functions

Responsible for a timely hand-over of a sales order to the project execution team by means of an in-depth briefing and documentation of the scope of supply and all technical and commercial obligations.
Succeed with these qualifications :
-
Master or Bachelor degree preferably in process engineering or mechanical engineering or similar technical education

At least 5-year experience as lead engineer, technical buyer or front sales with technical responsibility for rotating equipment, preferably reciprocating compressors.

Proven experience with Korean EPC.

English Language: Business fluent, contractual level, spoken and in written.

Strong sales acumen and highly business oriented
