To support our Sales Team, we are looking for:


Sales Manager SYST EE&CIS

 

You should have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Organization (SYST or SERV) in a multinational company (preferably in Oil and Gas or Rotating Equipment).

 

Your tasks will be the following:

  • Responsible for Order Intake in the Region in allocated area for all the segments and applications (including Hydrogen Mobility & Energy, Industrial Gas, Petrochem, Refinery, Gas gathering & Transport etc.).

  • Early identification of projects in responsibility area, driving the sales process from lead generation to closure.

  • Opportunity identification with end-customer (before EPC award).

  • Developing and implementing of sales strategy aligned with Global functions and Segments.

  • Coordinating activities of market price analysis and tender pricing.

  • Preparation of budget tenders (technical and commercial).

  • Overall responsibility for the Firm tenders (Preparing commercial tender for customer/EPC in the ME region and ensuring consistency with technical tender from Application Engineers and other internal functions.

  • Taking lead on commercial and technical clarifications meetings with the customer and leading the negotiation including T&Cs.

  • Follow-up with customer after submission of tender.

  • Pipeline management in term of CRM update as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual forecast.

  • Identify appropriate marketing chances, exhibition and customer event or relevant association to promote sales and participate.

  • Ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with compliance with company policies and procedures, including IS09001 quality assurance standards.

 

  • Area of responsibility — Eastern Europe and Central Asia, including Turkey

 

Job Requirements:

  • You must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Strong understanding of Oil and Gas / Energy / Hydrogen Industry.

  • Fluent in English, Arabic language is a plus.

  • Experience in an international work environment, preferably in Middle East.

  • Exposure to multi-cultural work environment is a plus.
