For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB) we are seeking a committed and proactive:

Service Operation Coordinator

worldwide leader in reciprocating compressor is looking for young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferable rotating equipment.

The position is part of Serv Division with the objective to push and support the business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio.

the main task will be specially:

• Coordination of field service team (internal/external)
• 1st level technical support for FSR and for BCIT in general
• Coordination of Workshop resources
• Planning of workshop load
• Ensure projects execution (Parts, FS, Repair) according to customer specification, applicable industry norms, BC standards, policies and procedures, ISO9001 on time and within budget.
• Cost evaluation of FS and W/S works
• Assistance, Evaluation, supports and checks the activities of the external Service organization
• Identify, recruit and maintain relationship with suppliers
• Use / Improve / Build up potential partnership with strategic players to achieve the defined targets
• Coordination of Customer support and order management team

Candidate Profile:

• 5-10 years of experience in similar role and similar markets (preferably reciprocating compressor)
• Bachelor / Master engineering degree
• Full understanding of maintenance / repair job
• Knowledge of the SAP (R3 or S/4 HANA) system
• English - business fluent and contractual level in orally and in writing
