­To support our Sales Team, we are looking for:

 

DPS Regional Sales Manager – Dubai, UAE

You should have at least 10 years of experience in technical and commercial relationships of tailor-made solutions in a multinational company (preferably in Oil and Gas or Rotating Equipment).

 

Your tasks will be the following:

  • Determine customers' requirements and market needs. 
  • Identify new markets and applications.
  • Product pricing in coordination with Product Management.
  • Technical analysis and evaluation of international and regional competitors.
  • Documentation and update of market research data.
  • Define the regional DPS sales strategy aligned with Global DPS Strategy and Regional BC strategy: "how to achieve the DPS target in the region.
  • Support implementation of the action plan in cooperation with Regional BC and DPS management
  • Accountable for DPS regional Order Intake and Sales forecast.
  • Regular review of Order Intake / Sales according to company leadership cycle (BRM, QFC,)
  • Coordinate / provide guidance to the regional DPS front sales team.
  • Support sales team for strategic projects (customer visit, sales presentations, bid review, customer negotiations,)
  • Process management (support of offer design, restructuring, process monitoring, reporting)
  • Documentation of the quarterly forecasts and achieved order intake in CRM.
  • Plan and implement fair exhibitions, roadshow, users meeting, …
  • Develop and coach the regional sales on technical and commercial DPS topics
  • Identification of necessary sales set-up in the region (internal workforce / external partner)
  • Control / review of external sales partnerships
  • Support where necessary the HR during selection of candidates, job interviews.
  • Support where necessary onboarding of new DPS colleague in the region

 

Job Requirements:

  •         Have a bachelor's degree in engineering specifically Electronic or a related filed or equivalent working experience.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in technical and commercial relationships of tailor-made solutions.
  • Understand digital Solution (HW,SW). For machinery Diagnostic, IoT\Cloud solutions, basic compressor machinery principle and operation.
  • Fluently spoken and written English language is a mandatory. Other language skills are plus.
  • Secure and professional communication with sales partners, customer and Colleagues.
  • Familiarity with international business practices and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel and interest in other countries and culture.
  • Excellent Communication skills including the ability to adapt the massage and communication style to the audience.
  • High social competence, customer focused and result oriented.
  • Strategic thinking, Team worker, self-awareness and ability to work in culturally diverse environment.
