To support our Sales Team, we are looking for:
Senior Sales Manager – Dubai, UAE
You should have at least 10 years of experience in technical sales in Oil & Gas\ Industrial Market.
We are looking for experienced professional senior sales manager with mechanical engineering degree who can handle sales process and ensure a strong relationship with customers. Should have hands on experience in technical sales with equipment, compressors \ reciprocating compressors.
Your tasks will be the following:
- Focus on the elimination of the root causes of the compressor's failures.
- Identification of the necessary modification of the compressor.
- Development of comprehensive tailor-made solutions for compressor upgrades and revamps for identified opportunities, including detailed analysis, design improvements, and implementation strategies to enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Participate and provide input to product management on the development of new products and services based on real time customers projects.
- Execute Compressor Surveys, analyze outcome and create recommendations.
- Development of technical solutions and commercial offers within the region.
- Estimation of cost and delivery time for the upgrade & revamp projects.
- Follow up of issued offers and technical proposals.
- Negotiation of contracts for compressor upgrades and revamp.
- Responsible for initiating the order and transfer of received purchase orders to execution phase.
- Act as main customer contact for customers in the Russian-speaking for all strategic and high-value opportunities.
- Intensive communication during the development of the scope of upgrade & revamp.
- Support and lead when required on customer visits and projects clarifications on site.
- Maintaining connections with other departments and customer during all phases of the project (Sales and Execution).
- Participation of Technical Conferences for the presentation of the company portfolio.
- Register and maintain sales opportunity in CRM system.
Job Requirements:
- Have a degree in Mechanical engineering (BSc, Masters, Diploma)
- Have at least 10 years of experience in technical sales experience with equipment\compressors\reciprocating compressors.
- Fluently spoken and written English & Russian Language is Mandatory other languages skills are plus.
- Have good understanding is Thermodynamics.
- Strong understanding of sales process (cost calculation, offers, purchase order)
- Basic knowledge in both project Management and machinery reliability.
- You are of a reliable and communicative nature and have strong analytical and organizational skills.
- You have a passion for customer focus, a strong business orientation and enjoy working with people from different nationalities across cultures.
- A high degree of independence and good communication skills in discussions with international characterizing your personality.
