We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Head to lead our regional Digital Product and Services (DPS) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team development. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth, foster innovation, and ensure the highest standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the Burckhardt Compression (BC) Digital Strategy to grow DPS (Digital Products and Services) throughout the Americas region
• Lead the subsidiary PROGNOST Systems Inc. (PSI) located in Webster, TX
• Profit and Loss responsibility for both DPS Americas and PSI
• Provide guidance and leadership to the Americas DPS (including PSI teams), overseeing sales, machinery diagnostic, engineering & manufacturing, field service, Q/EOHS, and finance
• Integrate and work collaboratively with the Regional Americas BC team, the Global DPS group, and the BC Service and Systems divisions to synchronize strategy and business objectives
• Utilize and monitor performance metrics to measure and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Build and maintain a stable and high performing team with a strong talent pipeline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the rotating equipment and/or machine diagnostic industry
• A history of successfully developing and implementing strategic plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
• Experience with P&L management and financial analysis
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and innovation
• Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese and French will be considered an asset
