Job Title: Sales Coordinator 

 

To drive and develop our sales team we are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in Landvetter, Sweden.

 

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

 

  • Definition of scope of supply in cooperation with Front Sales and responsible operative departments in conformity with customer requirements for NWE and Global Marine (50/50%).
  • Offer management considering overall scope in terms of time, costs, quality and profitability for preventive maintenance service cases.
  • Offer follow up with Front Sales and systematic recording of corresponding data in CRM/ERP system.
  • Transfer of purchase orders to defined local and/or global organization based on Burckhardt processes (STREAM philosophy).
  • Systematic recording and completion of orders in CRM / ERP System / e-commerce myFleet.
  • Supervision of order to cash process, e. g. delivery time, fabrication status, costs, shipping, revenue recognition as well as cash flow and corresponding communication with customers.
  • Proactive identification of risks and implementation of corresponding countermeasures.
  • Participation in customer meetings when required.
  • Monitoring and coordination of opportunities in shared inboxes

 

Your experience

You will be strong self-starter, with a growth Mindset. You will have a minimum 2 years of experience in working as a in a Sales Support environment, with profound CRM and ERP system knowledge.

Experience within Field service coordination and/or Spare Parts Coordination would be an advantage. Also, Commercial or technical education.

Languages: working proficiency in English, Nordic or German language of advantage
