Position: Engineer - PEO (PSE & ECM)

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Support of Application during Sales and Project Phase SYST and SERV, including following Tasks
• Check requests send to PEO Support Desk E-Mail address
• Delegation of requests to PEO Desk to other members of PEO and GSC PEO
• Reviewing of request on completeness, get in contact with Application and Project Engineer
• Calculation of plant special components for compressor plants such in consideration of the policy and customer’s specification.
• Calculation of equipment with PlantCalc (internal Software) and / or ASPENTEC (cooler sizing)
• Recommendation of equipment, such as cooler type, separator type, etc.
• Specification and request of special components during sales and project phase, up to full mounted skid compressor or modules
• Comments to Specification (SpecWizard)
• Work with the Co Task tool (sharepoint), folder, E-Mail
• Collaboration to improve our cost basis by suggesting valid design alternatives
• Upgrade / Improvement of works documents and process
• Take an active part in Competence Centre
• In collaboration with the PEO management, assume responsibility for the execution of the engineering change management process within Contracting:
• Ensure process adherence
• Regularly initiate reviews to the process and suggest modifications to the process
• Create and maintain the relevant process trainings
• Identification of object conflicts
• Support the Lead Engineer, PEO for the following Tasks
• Handle the engineering standards, its variants and materials and documents in conjunction with the relevant engineering systems like Document Management System (SAP), BC Elements (SharePoint) and Engineering Base
• Liaising with the Lead Engineer to understand where all the changes are applied to or which projects are affected,
• Maintain revision data and correctness of linking the appropriate revisions to relevant projects
• Maintain the overview of standards and change masters, ensure traceability of the revised documents
• Create and / or keep the document structure updated linked for a particular standard and maintain its validity
• Create and apply change numbers in case of revision
• Create / delete document master and document structures to new projects / variants
• Inform all the relevant / affected stakeholders about the change in concise manner
• Support the Lead Engineers and Competence Centres in the introduction and administration of new Engineering Standards

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• ME / M Tech or BE / B Tech (Mechanical) with 3+ years of experience as a minimum
• Experience as Structural, Mechanical or Process Engineer
• Experience in cooler thermal sizing (HTRi, ASPENTEC or equivalent)
• Knowledge of rotating equipment and related applications would be beneficial
• Project Engineering knowledge
• Knowledge of international standards like API, ASME, ASTM, DIN, TEMA etc.
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems and processes
