Position: Global Sales Assistance Support

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Preparation of Spec Wizard and Deviation list documents for all preorder inquiries globally.
• Maintain and update global order intake in CRM Dynamics 365 on monthly basis.
• Prepare LBU Wizard once receipt of global orders.
• Upload LBU order documents in SAP and invite for LBU Alignment & Order Transfer Meeting
• Order Announcement communication and update Partner Roles from all departments and coordinate for OTM.
• CRM and SAP support to global FS/AE team
• Preparation of SYST_ Early Warnings KPI report every month.
• Close collaboration with AE and FS global team for Sales support activities and order processing.
• Allocate customer specs to each discipline, being able to assign to specific category: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Quality etc with Project manager.
• Store additional Specs received before/after PO in the SharePoint and SAP and rename if required.
• Spare parts list preparation for all BCx.
• Closing quote/orders received as won in CRM Dynamics 365.
• Upload/revision/deletion of LBU documents in SAP & cleaning up CRM Dynamics 365 quote with EOD in the past.

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• Diploma Engineer (Electrical / Mech.) with 2-3 years relevant experience
• Good English, Writing and speaking skills.
• Language skill in German would be added advantage
