Position: Head Contracting

Location: Kondhapuri

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Overall responsibility for execution of System Business Projects right from OTM to receipt of Customer Acceptance Certificate, including Installation & Commissioning for PL1 & PL2 product lines.
• Projects to be executed within committed delivery dates and AUF costs
• Responsible for collection of project advances & receivables 
• Technical and Administrative leadership of the department heads in CO Engineering, EMSR and Project Management
• Responsible for Resource planning as well as employee training and further development in CO
• Responsible for functional Goals, KPI’s – Measurement, Improvement & achievement
• Responsible for outsourcing of engineering tasks during overload, either in GSC or Technical partners.
• Implement BC standards and Tools for reporting of CO MIS
• Coordinate Technical & commercial support to the AE team, in the offer phase
• Responsible for the CO Procurement function, Involvement in Negotiation of critical orders & OTD of supplier material
• Planning of annual & quarterly functional expenses, capex, capacities, etc. & cost controlling of the cost center
• Ensure that business and activities conducted are consistent with legal norms and group regulations.
• As member of Management Team contribute constructively to group dynamics & growth of the local company

Education/ experience / languages:

• BE (Mech.) with 18+ years of experience in Project based, Engineering industry with Min 5 years in leadership role in Managing Managers
• Experience of API, Global Engineering best practices
• Usage of ERP, Project Management Softwares, etc.
• Knowledge of Rotating & Industrial equipment’s, Suppliers, working with EPC’s, etc
• Knowledge of QEMS system is must   
• Additional qualifications of PMP Certification would be an added advantage.
• Experience of working with Global Customers, Colleagues in Overseas locations, etc. is preferred.
• Experience of working in overseas locations would be an added advantage.

Special requirements:

• Spoken & written English is must
• Spoken Hindi & Marathi is must
• Spoken German would be added advantage

• Customer Satisfaction feedback on project execution (Index)
• On Time Delivery performance of Engineering activities & overall Project
• BCIN EBIT as per Target
• Quality of Engineering, COPQ
• Accounts receivables (Days to Sales)
• On Time payment collection as per contract description
• Deviation on Project Margins (ITCS Transferred v/s Actual)
• Claim Management
• Timely completion of Customer documentation.
