Position: Manager Order Management & Stores  

Location: Kondhapuri

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Responsibility for the on-time and on-budget processing of complete Compressor as well as maintaining the required readiness for delivery, accountable for stores/ warehousing of the production & non-production materials.
• Provide effective leadership to entire Order Management team to achieve departmental objectives & Goals.
• Set clear targets and follow-up for achievement of those targets with the team, assess the requirement and provide resources to the team for smooth working.
• On time delivery to various internal customers and to end customer is the primary goal of this position & should be always at focus. Identifying, initiating,
• Receive Quarterly forecast from Compressor Project Management/ Finance.
• Prepare load charts for in-house capacities like Engineering, Machine shop, Assembly shop.
• Prepare load charts for outsourced capacities like supplier capacities for various categories of components.
• Review & assessment of required capacities verses available capacities in terms of manpower requirement, work-station requirements, machine hours requirements etc and prepare proposals for filling the gaps.
• Ensure effective management & utilization of existing resources like machineries, assembly workstations etc inside the factory through effective use of various digital aids like scheduling software's.   
• Ensure adherence to the BPMS process and is followed by entire team. Compliance with the valid process descriptions, development, and maintenance of existing process documentation.
• Ensuring the on-time delivery of compressors according to the defined deadline
• Define, implement, and monitor optimum material requirements & strategic safety stocks through effective S&OP process further supported by Material Replenishment Systems like KANBAN.
• Calculations & Communication of spare parts cost for intercompany STO/ ISTO.
• Support to Compressor Project Management for compressor cost preparations.
• Prepare the compressor project BOM networks and material data management.
• Active participation in Employee Engagement Survey's and implementation of action items resulting from the surveys

Stores & Warehouse Management

• Provide leadership to stores & warehousing team for achieving departmental objectives & Goals.
• Set clear targets and follow-up for achievement of those targets with the team, assess the requirement and provide resources to the team for smooth working.

• Ensure safe working conditions, review the working conditions, and make sure all safety instructions are followed.
• Overlook the stores' function and make sure all processes are followed maintained & improved effectively.
• Analysis of Excess and Obsolete inventory and disposition of such inventories by consulting all stake holders and getting approvals from authorities

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / production technology
• Expertise in production planning / SCM
• 10-12 year's experience in Production planning
• Working knowledge of SAP in MM and PP module
