Position: Manager – Supply Chain Management Operations

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Ownership of Supply chain management and Value engineering KPI tracking, be the "CFO" of Supply Chain Management function
• Coordination with accountable functions that SCM and VE targets are reached
• Ensure coordination of corrective actions with global and regional procurement heads in periodical rhythm
• Support VP SCM and VE on strategic initiatives and presentations
• Create a controlling procurement platform to track and represent in professional diagrams and reporting templates: purchase volume, purchase savings, on time delivery, supplier development (Gate 1 – Gate 4) for Global and Regional Category of commodities (Mechanical, Instrumentation and control, Compressors, Skid and Indirect Procurement).
• Collect data from different sources (SAP-Excel) and bring together in a common platform / template, to be reported and updated every month. Create a room of 100% data transparency.
• Optimization of Procurement processes on global / local level
• Ensure consistency of data and continuous update from the global and regional users
• Train users to maintain and update data with proper tools
• Support VP Supply Chain Management and CM's to create monthly reporting presentations (saving, spend, price, supplier etc.) and by procedure of e-Auction / e-Tendering
• Build up together with IT department a Reporting Power BI platform
• Ensure Digital Strategy Execution in Supply Chain department
• Track development of primary markets (Energy, Steel, Oil, Brass etc.)

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• Previous experience in Consulting firms is a plus
• Bachelor degree in engineering. Business Administration, IT or Finance & Controlling
• Reporting experience, working with advanced Excel, ability to work with big data, Power Point, Power-BI, SAP
• Experience in working with the SAP ERP application and whose Modification/Rollout, experience in the SD module is a plus
