Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Supporting CNC machine shop with ontime readiness of tooling layout, Fixture and special tools.
• Ensure tool, fixture , accessories as per monthly, qtly plan.
• Establish, Maintain & Improve manufacturing Preparation of process sheet for manufacturing & assembly process.
• Checking tool feasibility on CNC machines like HMC, VMC, VTL, Turning centers.
• Drafting & editing work in Auto CAD – Plant layout, Tool, Fixture drawing, etc
• Selection of tools, facility & equipment for machine shop & assembly shop.
• Perform recurring maintenance of fixtures, Special tools & calibration of equipment's and ensure ZERO downtime due to unavailability of resources.
• Initiate Continuous Improvement project on Inventory, Cost & Productivity.
• Interaction with external supplier for technical selection, acquiring best in industry solution and prove out.
• Maintain records and adhere documents & procedure as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018  requirements

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• DME with 7-8 yrs  exp
• Knowledge about Tool selection & application
• Knowledge of QMS, EMS, OHSAS. Knowlegde on TPM, 5S.
• Knowledge about measurement tools, Zoller, CMM,  GD & T.
• MAsterCam & NX knowledge will be added advantage.
