Order Manager

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Create a complete Project Network structure in SAP, plan and sequence various Project activities.
• Create a complete plan of Supply chain and Design activities by making supply chain structures, considering routing calculate lead times and identify various constraints and prepare mitigation plan.
• Periodic review of stock to ensure safety stock of critical components and consumption plan for excess inventory.
• Plan design activities by considering resource availability.
• Add BOM to Project network and validate.
• Creation of Planned orders.
• Maintain material master data (MRP) views.
• Creation of Production orders as per project schedule and availability of material.
• Prepare project report and escalation if any.
• Control on cost of production orders.
• Take decisions on various parameters like resources availability, quality and flow of goods, priority conflicts and adjust the plan accordingly.
• Make adjustment in the deadlines based on current scenario.
• Use various tools inside SAP & follow SOP to close the Network. Before closing ensure all activities are completed along with confirmation documentation. Ensure compressor is ready for dispatch.

Education, experience and languages:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / production technology
• Expertise in production planning / SCM
• 3 - 5 year's experience in Production planning
• Working knowledge of SAP in MM and PP module
