Position: Packaging Supervisor

Location: Kondhapuri

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Prepare monthly invoicing plan and coordinating with Project management. 
• Adherence to the master scheduler as per monthly plan.
• Plan and executive daily workload of operators.
• Monitor daily production output and take corrective actions.
• Effective shop floor supervision and good control over operators.
• Proper stacking of material and handling, Use of calibrated instruments, tools, and tackles.
• Maintain discipline and proper housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Attend daily review meeting with CFT / OTM etc.
• Withdraw material according to BOM and issue to shop floor.
• Sending of required materials to venders for outsourced projects packaging.
• Ensure project is completed as per schedule and scope of supply.
• Supervision of fabrication, assembly, Testing activities.
• Test compressor as per test procedure.
• To take all responsibility outsourced packaging projects & Ensure completion within CDD. 
• Production order closure (RMN, excess issue, LRN project-wise and hours booking in ERP).
• Preparation of packing note as per check list, provide feedback to Engineering / design and engineering related matters specific to projects.
• Ensure proper packing of all delicate materials.
• Shop KPI monitoring & Documentation & maintenance of all necessary records as per IMS procedures.
• Quality and productivity improvement, improve uptime by reducing wastes.
• Involve in engineering / design in early stage of projects to reduce mistakes.
• Help design for Research and development trials for new projects.
• Maintain & adhere IMS Procedures.

Education/ experience / languages:

• BE (Mech.) with 10-15 years' experience in manufacturing operations Preferably in assembly & fabrication, testing of industrial equipment's, projects in oil & Gas.
• Knowledge of EOHS / ISO -IMS (QMS+EMS).
• Knowledge of Lean principles in operations.
• Hands on experience in SAP-PP & MM modules.
• Proficiency in English.
• Local Language skill would be added advantage.
