Plant Design Specialist

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• 2D drafting & 3D Modelling of equipment and overall plant layout.
• Drafting of drawings which are accurate and interpret relevant meaning from them.
• Preparation of project drawings such as P&I diagram, General Arrangement Foundation.
• Preparation of manufacturing detail drawings & drafting of various machined and fabricated components.
• Preparing piping isometric drawings and steel structure (Skid or Pipe support) with Bill of Material.
• To understand piping material specification and material grades.
• To follow the project schedule – To plan, design, review and validate from time to time and project to project.
• Refer and respond timely to the respective assignment details filled by any task creator in the GSC Task List.
• Attending order transfer meetings, 3D model review meetings, project review meeting.
• Co-ordination with requestor to finalize drawing.

Education, Experience, Languages:

• BE/DME with min. 3-5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of German is an added advantage.
