Position: Project Controller

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisation's growth

• Responsibility for cost controlling of Systems Division projects within Contracting .
• Establish, maintain, and improve all tools necessary for project cost controlling including interface to IT department and external vendors.
• Maintain the documentation for procedures and training with respect to Project Cost Controlling
• Maintenance and review of global WBS-standard structures and standard networks, which are the basis for cost allocation.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, annual and on request checks on the quality and status of the project cost controlling.
• Present monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the Contracting and Systems Division Management
• Train the project managers in all aspects required for cost controlling (cost controlling process and regulations, opening and closing of projects, monthly reporting requirements)
• Assist PM’s, Head of Project Management & Engineering and VP Contracting during the reporting.

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• Completed professional education either commercial or economic.
• Very good IT-knowledge (SAP; Excel)
• 5+ years of work experience in similar industrial project driven environment possibly
• English: Advanced knowledge
• German: would be an advantage.
