Position: Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Your contributions to organisation's growth

• Identify and develop potential customers.
• Responsible for sale of new machines.
• Market Intelligence and formulating and achieving sales forecast.
• New business development.
• Contract review co-ordination for standard products with Head Office.
• Co-ordinate sales support to customers who use imported from Burckhardt Compression, Switzerland.
• Maintain quality records related to contract review.  (Enquiry / Acknowledgement / Offer / Order / PO/LOI acceptance).
• Identify training needs of your self
• Travel extensively within State (or pan India) basis for product presentation and contract closing

Expertise you have to bring in along with;

• BE (Mech.) with 7+ years’ experience in Sales,
• MBA Marketing will be added advantage
• Technical knowledge of rotary equipment (reciprocating compressor is preferred) is must
• Knowledge of Diaphragm compressors are added advantage.
• Customer centric approach with good negotiation skills
• Knowledge of commercial terms & conditions for large contracts
• Empathy to customers
