• Preparation of spare parts catalogs for Burckhardt compressors and preparation of data for "myShop"
• Creation and maintenance of equipment BOM (bill of material) for compressors in "SAP"
• Creation and maintenance of spare parts codes in "SAP"
• Preparation of spare parts code drawings
• Define and review spare parts code drawings
• Define recommended quantities for wear and safety parts
• Maintenance of customer and contact master data in SAP and CRM
• Maintenance of compressor master data in SAP and CRM

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor of mechanical engineering / Diploma in mechanical engineering
• Strong knowledge of the "SAP" R3 application (SD/MM)
• Good knowledge of Office applications as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Strong knowledge in reading technical drawings
• Possibly already knowledge of "Parts Publisher" (Digital Spare Parts Catalog & Service Information System)
• Experience in technical documentation or spare parts management
• Experience in creating technical illustrations in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in master data management is an advantage
• English language
• Any other language is an advantage
• Knowledge of compressor technology preferred
