Position: Team Lead – Project Engineering

Location: Kondhapuri

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Control and efficient operations of the following functions:

• • Engineering of new projects.
  • Engineering hours control (budget v/s actuals)
  • Capacity Planning

• Responsible for the accurate & timely execution of the engineering and plant design of projects with targeted profitability.
• Co-ordinate within the department for development of systems / procedures etc. for smooth functioning of the departments.
• Co-ordination of analysing the field complaints and monitoring effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Review and update the engineering status of various projects.
• Build competence of team members for superior performance.
• Maintain well defined quality system across the department.
• Maintain and update MIS.
• Support CS and CSS during the Sales phase.

Education/ experience / languages:

• BE / B Tech (Mechanical) 8-10 years of experience 
• Sound knowledge of rotating / static equipment engineering  
• Knowledge of international standards like API, ASME, ASTM, DIN etc.
• Knowledge of AutoCad / UG for 2D & 3D modeling will be an added advantage.
• EMSR, site management / construction experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of EOHS
• Languages: English, Language skill in German would be added advantage
