Service Technician

Are you a hands-on mechanical engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and supporting customers in the field? Join our Service team in Thailand as a Service Technican. In this role, you will maintain, repair and overhaul reciprocating compressors and other rotating equipment, working both at customer sites and in our workshop. You will combine technical expertise, a strong safety mindset and excellent customer service to ensure every assignment is completed safely, on time and to high standards.

Your responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintance, troubleshooting and overhaups of reciprocating compressors, rotating machinery and related accessories. 
• Carry out planned service work at customer sites and in the workshop in line with approved methods, procedures and quality standards.
• Decondition compressor valves and manage the required parts and consumables.
• Prepare clear and accurate technical service reports in line with company and OEM reporting standards.
• Support the Service team, subcontractors, Sales and Field Service with technical advice and documentation.
• Maintain a safe working environment, comply with applicable regulations and work instructions, and immediately commuincate observed defects or hazards.
• Build professional customer relationships and ensure service work is completed with the agreed time frame and to the customer's satisfaction.

• Your profile
  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engieering or adequate experience in a similar role (2-5 years)
• Practical knowledge of installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of reciprocating compressors is preffered
• Sound knowlege of general mechanical engineering and rotating equipment
• Confident, resourceful and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership
• A collaborative, customer-focused approach and good communication skills
• Good Thai and English skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness and ability to travel and work at customer sites across Thailand and South Asia
• Valid driving licence
