To strengthen our growing cybersecurity team, we are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist (m/w/d) who combines technical expertise with a passion for secure product development.

Whether you already have experience in industrial cybersecurity or want to further develop your expertise in a highly innovative environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the security of our digital products and solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Drive cybersecurity activities across the entire lifecycle of our digital products.
• Maintain and continuously improve our Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and cybersecurity processes.
• Lead certification and compliance activities related to IEC 62443, IACS UR E27, CRA, and customer-specific requirements.
• Define and enhance product security architectures, defense-in-depth concepts, and security capabilities.
• Manage software security tools, vulnerability management processes, and software security assessments.
• Support development teams with secure coding practices, risk mitigation, and remediation activities.
• Act as a trusted cybersecurity expert for engineering, product management, sales, customers, and project teams.
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats, regulations, and industry standards to keep our products secure and compliant.

Your profile

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in cybersecurity. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with secure software development practices, vulnerability management, SAST, SCA, penetration testing, or related security tools.
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
