To strengthen our Digital Products & Services (DPS) Product Management team, we are looking for a motivated Product Owner (m/f/d).
Your Mission
You develop digital products that turn complex industrial data into clear, actionable decisions.
As a Product Owner, you are accountable for the functional success of our software solutions – from the initial product idea to measurable customer value.
Your goal: create value, set priorities, and continuously improve products.
Your Responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you drive the evolution of our digital products – from concept to successful release:

You own and manage the product backlog, setting clear priorities with a strong focus on customer value and business impact

You translate business requirements into well‑defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria

You act as the central interface between development, UX, analytics, and internal stakeholders

You define sprint goals and timelines, accept deliverables, and ensure real customer value

You plan releases, keep track of dependencies, and continuously improve the product based on feedback and usage data

You ensure transparency around product priorities and upcoming work items, enabling clear and effective communication with development teams and key stakeholders
Your Profile
-
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
-
Several years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in industrial software, IoT, or condition monitoring

Strong understanding of agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban), ideally with certification (e.g. CSPO)
-
Analytical, structured working style with strong decision‑making skills
-
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively to different audiences
-
Very good English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have

Experience in machine diagnostics, condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance
-
Background in an industrial or mechanical engineering environment

Experience with data‑driven or analytics‑based products
