OPERATIONS MANAGER BAHIA

Responsibilities: 

Sales Management: 

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the market.
  • Monitor Sales Performance: Track sales activities and generate reports for upper management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high standards of customer service to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional campaigns.

Operational Management: 

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
  • Financial Management: Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans. Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the branch’s financial performance to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and motivate staff to enhance their performance. Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities.

Customer Service: 

  • Resolve Complaints: Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis: 

  • Assess Market Conditions: Stay updated with local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities, and plan future campaigns.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience: Proven experience in leadership management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to meet sales targets and service goals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Mandatory Native Portuguese and Desirable English
  • Live in Bahia (Salvador, Camaçari or neighbors)
