Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the promotion and sales of BC products and solutions throughout South America, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
• Proactively identify, develop, and influence opportunities from the early stages of the sales cycle through final proposal submission.
• Represent BC at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events across the region.
• Partner with the Global Sales Team to lead commercial negotiations and successfully close strategic business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of customer activities, sales opportunities, and proposal status within the CRM system and during scheduled sales reviews.

Main Activities

• Conduct regular visits to end users within target industries, acting as a trusted technical advisor while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up proactively on projects to monitor progress, identify customer needs, and maintain a competitive advantage throughout the bidding and procurement process.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Application Specialists to prepare compelling commercial proposals for Compressor Systems, based on technical solutions developed by our global Application Engineering team.
• Support Global Sales Application Specialists in the negotiation and implementation of Framework Agreements across the region.
• Confidently present, defend, and articulate both the commercial and technical value of our solutions during customer clarification meetings, proposal reviews, and contract negotiations.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer operations and business challenges, positioning BC as the preferred partner for long-term success.
