Sales Backoffice Analyst - SCA

Commercial Activities:

Develop commercial proposals for national and international clients based on technical specifications and logistical conditions.

Monitor order status from quotation to delivery, ensuring alignment between customer, sales, and operations departament.

Update and maintain the CRM with all the information aboutnopportunities, follow-ups, and negotiation status.

Develop and maintain a good relationship with customers in order to clarify questions, send documentation, and follow up on processes.

Support the Account with technical and operational information related to import and export activities.
Import and Export Backoffice:

Prepare, review, and organize documents required for international shipments (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.).

Interact with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure deadlines and legal requirements are been followed.

Monitor internal systems to follow order status, shipments, and customs clearance.

Ensure compliance process with foreign trade regulations and requirements from regulatory agencies (Federal Revenue, Anvisa, MAPA, etc.).

Support the analysis of logistical and tax costs in international operations.
