We are looking for a Front Sales Manager to strengthen our team and drive growth across an assigned region and customer base.

 

Your main tasks include:
  • Build and grow long‑term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Acquire new customers and expand sales within existing accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Represent and implement sales and marketing strategies in the assigned region.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and negotiations in collaboration with inside and technical sales.
  • Manage the full order process and ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations within approved frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/SAP data and track pipeline, KPIs, and market insights.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (technical sales, operations, supply chain, quality, marketing).
  • Provide structured customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with EOHS and Quality standards (ISO9001, ISO14000, ISO45001).

 

The experience, background and personality we are looking for is

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (experience in reciprocating compressors is an asset).
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, business development, and commercial negotiations.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. 
  • Independent, structured working style combined with strong team collaboration. 
  • High motivation, resilience, and a solution‑oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities; able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
