Technical Sales Manager

• Developing technical solutation and preparation of quotations
• Calculation of prices for service jobs, spare parts, modifications, and modernizations
• Identification of required spare parts and requesting quotations from subcontractors
• Providing professional technical advice and recommendation of suitable solutions to the customers
• Preparation of complete proposal packages and follow-up on outstanding offers
• Identification of changes in customer needs and proactively suggesting improvements
• Response to customer inquires either in writing or over the phone
• Review, track and report on offers, orders and customer feedback
• Maintaining accurate sales-related data in the respective tools
• Providing technical support to the Sales Team - also on on-site when needed

What to bring:

• Bachelor in mechanical engineering or equivalent education/training
• Several years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of piston compressors and sytems
• Several years of experience in technical customer service, inside sales, or service coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions in a clear and customer-friendly way
• Hands-on mindset, structured working style, and strong communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Good commercial and business understanding
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness to travel and valid driving license
• Valid work permit
