CNC Programming Engineer

Location: Vadodara

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Follow superior's instructions.
• Understand operation sequence as per process sheet & drawing requirements.
• Do the setting for the job independently
• Prepare & prove/executing NC programs.
• Check/Maintain the dimensions as per the drawing and record them.
• Achieve the timing set for the particular operation.
• Maintain his work area, Instruments, machines, company premises clean and tidy.
• Always work with safety precautions & use of safety equipment.
• Report his daily production through job-card/Route card
• Active participation in 6S, TPM, Kaizen, teamwork & other time to time company drive.
• Contribute to achieve/improve departmental KPI's.
• Follow company's rules & regulation to maintain standard.
• Help coworker to improve/achieve his task.
• Reduce cycle time through process improvements.
• Inform superior for any abnormalities

Education/ experience / languages:

• Basic knowledge of NC codes.
• Knowledge of preparing & proving/executing NC programs.
• DME with 5-10 years’ experience in shop
• DME/ITI with 5-10 years’ experience of operating & maintaining various CNC machines.
• Manufacturing Process knowledge
• Knowledge of manufacturing process, cutting tools, measuring instruments/equipment's, engineering drawings etc.
• Knowledge of EOHS, ISO, Quality practices.
• Working Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of local language is compulsory
• Basic Knowledge of GD&T, Measurement instruments
