Operations Planner

Location: Vadodara

Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Responsibility for the on-time and on-budget processing of components/parts as well as maintaining the required readiness for delivery.
• Ensuring the on-time delivery of components/parts according to the defined deadline
• Compliance with the valid process descriptions, development and maintenance of existing process documentation in cooperation with the supervisor.
• Define, implement, and monitor strategic safety stocks
• Submit information to SCM managers for Quotations & Processing for sub. contracting operations.

Production Planning

• Detailed planning of the components/parts in cooperation with the Project Manager and
• Operations
• Creation of the components/parts progress report
• Internal planning of the components/parts customer acceptance tests
  Escalation according to the escalation principle

Production Control

• Monitoring and coordination of the load situation in production in Cooperation with   the Project Manager of Operations
• Creation of the medium-term planning (preview) for Operations
• Initiation, development, moderation and support of measures in the event of incidents, deviations, supplements, etc. in cooperation with internal offices
• Ensuring the timely delivery of express orders in cooperation with Operations
• Cost control of production orders Disposition
• Maintenance of management-relevant Master Data
• Management of product groups to optimize given parameters
• Initiate and lead improvement projects in a team
• Initiate and work on cross-interface improvement projects

Education/ experience / languages:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / production technology
• Expertise in Rings & Packing production planning / SCM
• 6-8 year's experience of planning in Rings & Packing production
• Working knowledge of SAP in MM and PP Module
• Knowledge of Local Language
• Communication skills, assertiveness
• High Resilience, Flexibility, Analytical skills
