Your contributions to organisation's growth:

• Guide the operators in the following aspects:
  • • Assigning work.
    • Selection of proper Material, Tools, Process, NC programs & other related documents.
    • Optimum Forming/Heating/cutting Parameters.
    • Correct drawing reading and operation sequence.
    • Calculations, wherever necessary.
• Manage daily operations, maintain equipment's.
• Load chart update / review as per lean requirements
• Resolving workplace conflicts, enforcing company policies, liaison between employees and senior management.
• Effective shop floor supervision. Manpower & Machine Balancing / Changes / Absenteeism management
• Motivate operators, monitor quality and productivity
• Programme, operate and guide the operators for working on Press machine, Oven, CNC machine & conventional machines.
• Contribute to Process development for component on various equipment's & machines.
• Quality and productivity improvement. Process Trouble shooting, Coordination with ME, Maint.
• CNC programming when required
• Supervise daily production activities. Daily Part Sub-Contracting Challan, PO co-ordination.
• Multi-skill and train the operators, new joiners & APP
• Provide technical input to operators for carrying out the required activities
• CAPA & Why-Why review and action updates. FPY review and Action updates
• Maintain discipline and housekeeping on shop-floor
• OEE, Hrs Booking, Routing changes,
• Maintain & adhere QMS & procedures.
• PAW timelies review and machine loading planning. Project wise part status updates on Review Board.
• Production Order creation, release, routing verification, Posting, documentation
• Coordination with OM, Store, SCM for Raw material issues, shortage and review.

Education/ experience / languages:

• BE with 4-5 years' experience/DME with 7-8 year's experience in Rings & Packing Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Mixing and Blending, Compacting, Sintering and CNC machine Shop.
• Hands on experience of operating Oven, Press & various types of CNC machines.
• Knowledge of Engineering Drawing , GD&T, Inspection methods, Measurement equipment.
•     Knowledge of EMS, QMS & OHSAS,  TPM, 6S, Safety Audits,
• Working Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of local language is compulsory
• Basic knowledge SAP, MES.
• Mastercam, NX Prog will be added advantage
