Manager HR US

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager who will take care of our two US based legal entities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling operational and strategical HR and strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will be part of the local management team and will report locally to the VP Finance with a strong matrix to the global divisional HR Business Partner.
Your day will be filled with:
Respond to HR queries, providing accurate information and quality adviceManage all HR aspects including personnel files, right to work checks, Visa documentation, reference checks, probationary reviews, holiday requests, grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and exit interviewsOversee recruitment and selection processesManage benefits (pension, healthcare)Ensure compliance and correctness of monthly payroll, liaise with external payroll provider, and process payroll together with the local payroll administratorMaintain and update HR records (HRIS) in compliance with DPA and GDPRSupport global HR initiatives and share best practicesPromote a performance culture as well as safety, diversity, inclusion, and customer excellenceEnsure legal compliance in HR management.

Proven experience as an HR ManagerKnowledge of HR systems and databases, including payrollIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.Trustworthy, with excellent communication skillsStrong team player with a positive, can-do attitudePeople-oriented and results-drivenExperience in change management.
