Warehouse Coordinator

Burckhardt Compression (US) Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator that will support operations by ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of parts and materials. 

This role will work closely with the organization and service teams to maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the flow of goods across various facilities

Responsibilities

• • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of compressor parts and materials.
  • Organize and maintain inventory using ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for internal departments and external clients.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with service and field teams to ensure timely dispatch of critical components.
  • Assist in tracking repair items and managing returns or replacements.

Education & Experience

• • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Vocational School or Associated Degree preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in warehouse operations, shipping practices, and material handling methods.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying environmental conditions.
  • Forklift certification is preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong attention to detail.
