Warehouse Lead

BCUS is currently recruiting for the position of a Warehouse Lead.  The Warehouse Lead is responsible for oversight of daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is responsibly managed, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and safety protocols are followed. 

The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, ability to coordinate with team members, provide guidance, and ensures smooth workflows.

Qualified candidates should possess the following combination of Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED; Technical degree is preferred but not required.
• Additional education in production, purchasing, or sales is recommended.
• Minimum of 2 years in similar role or in master data management.
• Experience in a comparable industry or project-driven business.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage workflow with flexibility and prioritization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse shipping systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
• Expertise in SAP R/3 MM/PP or MS Business Central is required (adapted to local ERP)
• Familiarity with SAP R/3 SD or MS Business Central is an advantage (adapted to local ERP)
