We are looking for an experienced professional to drive our groupwide Business Transformation as: 

Finance & Accounting Business Transformation Manager 80-100% (f/m/d)

Your daily contribution:

• Part of a team driving group-wide business transformation
• Lead and communicate the design and rollout of a group-wide business blueprint for all aspects of Finance & Accounting
• Drive the adoption of standardized Finance & Accounting processes across functions and geographies
• Work closely with the IT organization to implement processes within the technical architecture
• Part of the Project Deployment Support Team, reporting directly to the Manager Business Transformation
• Moderate and support process specification and design
• Support business and IT project managers with functional process expertise
• Ensures successful go-live and hyper-care support (e.g., training and on-site support).
• Collect and drive lessons learned across the program portfolio
• Act as functional embassador of change

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• More than 5 years experience in the respective area (accounting)
• Good understanding of SAP business process in the modules (Finance & Controlling)
• Proven track record in process definition and implementation at global level
• Experience in implementation of global processing hubs

Your Personality:

• English fluent, German, or any other languages are an advantage
• Ability to drive and collaborate with multicultural organization
• Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization
• Full flexibility to travel and support teams in countries
