To strengthen our field service team in our Services Division you will work worldwide and perform a variety of tasks on our reciprocating compressor systems. In this context we are looking for a

 

Instrumentation & Control Engineer 100 % (f/m/d)

 

We offer you the possibility to make an impact:

  • Global Field Service activities in the oil & gas sector
  • Commissioning of reciprocating compressors and systems  
  • Wiring installation checks in a process-industrial environment, perform loop checks
  • Instrumentation and Control upgrades and modifications
  • Installation and implementation of monitoring and measuring equipment and systems
  • System and software function test including software adaption (mainly Siemens Step 7 classic and Siemens TIA-Portal)
  • Function check of all instruments incl. interlocks, alarms and trips, according to Cause & Effect list and Control Description
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors and auxiliaries

 

Your professional profile includes:

  • Education in the electrical or automation sector
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation, or mechatronics
  • Whip-smart engineer with practical experience in an industrial environment
  • Integrated Automation System experience is essential
  • Ideally, you have already worked on rotating equipment
  • 90% of your working time abroad
  • excellent communication skills in English (oral & written), any further language is an asset
