Segment Sales Manager H2 for Mobility & Energy (HME) 100% (f/m/d)
Your daily contribution:
- Maintains good customer relationship to end-users, distribution partner's and EPC’s and makes both technical and commercial offers
- Builds relationship and leads discussions and negotiations with key customers to enable long-term business success
- Ensures identification of key people and accounts and maintain relationship also on superior levels
- Analyzing and compiling of Market and application specific information and to transfer into business Development needs and actions
- Leads and participates final commercial and technical negotiations with customers
- Supports the Regional Sales team during bidding phase and enable the regions with application specific trainings and know-how transfer
- Transfer of market requirements in required products in close cooperation with Product Management
Your Profile:
- Master or bachelor's degree preferably in either mechanical engineering or process engineering, or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in professional sales or business development organization of an international company
- Interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills
- Familiar with the oil and gas/energy industry and B2B for capital goods. Knowledge of hydrogen energy industry would be advantageous
- well-founded IT skills (MS-Office365, CRM)
Your Personality:
- Sound knowledge of written and spoken English (business fluent at a contractual level) is essential. Good German language skills are an advantage
- Interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills
- Leadership manner, goal-oriented and a growth mindset
- Proactive and strategic approach with a convincing appearance and diplomatic communication skill
