You define yourself as a determined change manager and have already proven your ability to build bridges between interdisciplinary areas.

You're going to take a key role

• Project management and responsibility for the results of large development projects (regarding to commercial, technical, qualitative and development implementation)
• Interface management with internal and external colleagues as well as external offices and partners
• Collaborating with product management on product specifications
• Communicating with internal and external customers
• Participation in team-specific tasks such as working out KPIs or innovation processes
• Idea management (contribution and implementation of solution-oriented ideas)

Your knowledge, experience and skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager (e.g., Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Multiproject Management, etc.)
• Extensive experience in international machinery and/or plant engineering
• Degree in Mechanical/Process Engineering or a comparable education
• Technical affinity and a good understanding of complex processes
• Self-reliant, self-competent, and implementation-oriented
• Purpose- and solution-oriented with an agile mindset
• Service-oriented for stakeholders
• Team player
• Proficiency in German is a must, fluent in English
