Strategic Procurement Program Manager 80-100% (f/m/d)

Your daily contribution:

• Support Commodity teams by managing supplier rationalization, quality, and delivery improvement projects
• Support procurement initiatives and relationships to meet program goals
• Attend industry events to network and identify business opportunities
• Provide continuous process improvement to increase efficiency, quality, and reduce costs
• Lead high-visibility projects to successful outcomes
• Develop reports and scorecards to measure process success
• Lead large cross-functional projects to improve existing and new solutions
• Collaborate and coordinate with partners and stakeholders to identify efficiency and cost-saving opportunities

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
• Experience leading cross-functional and decentralized project teams
• Background in Procurement
• Program Management and Project Management skills – PMP designation is preferred
• English a must, German a plus.
• Able to work in international virtual teams within a matrix organization
