To strengthen our R&D team we are looking for a highly committed team member. In this position you are responsible for coordination, planning and training of our mechanics team as well as for our workshop. You are a proactive and dedicated

Teamleader R&D Mechanics 100 % (f/m/d)
 

You're going to take a key role:

• Responsible for training and education of direct reporting personnel incl. performance and behavior appraisal
• Technical coordination and mentoring of the test bed activities, inkl. Test execution
• Capacity planning and prioritization of test beds handling
• Direct and support project management team in claim management
• General support in consulting within relevant experience field
• Interface with engineering and development teams during product development
• Assistance in evaluation of potential new suppliers together with procurement and quality department
• Sales Support in the offer phase

Your knowledge, experience and skills:

• Master or bachelor's degree preferably in mechanical engineering or equivalent education
• Leadership experience in a mechanical environment
• Advanced MS Office applications user skills
• Good command of English (oral & written)
