Technical Support Engineer 80% - 100% (f/m/d)

To expand our Technical Consultancy team in Winterthur, Switzerland, we are looking for a:

Technical Support Engineer 80%- 100% (f/m/d)

Your main tasks will include:

• • Technical support and consultancy in the business of reciprocating compressors for customers, agents, and subsidiaries, in cooperation with the various specialist departments
  • Analyzing of failure cases of compressor components or compressor systems, including claim management process
  • Provide technical consultancy and advises to our sales departments on the definition of scope for revamp and upgrade projects
  • Ensuring the documentation of the various compressor-related work are available in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system using the tool of Case Management platform
  • Carrying out customer and corporate trainings including the development of training documentation

Your profile:

• • Certificate in mechanical engineering as technician (TS/HF) or bachelor's degree
  • Several years of experience in commissioning and/or field experience of capital equipment, reciprocating compressors is of advantage
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English (level C1)
  • Knowledge in MS Office tools and MS project or similar planning tools are of advantage
