Technical Spare Parts Coordinator 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your future workday:

• Identification of spare parts and components for existing compressors based on technical drawings, sketches, parts lists, and technical manuals
• Market and cost-appropriate calculation of component sales prices
• Preparation of offers and spare parts contracts, and processing orders from our international customers, including follow-up
• Maintenance of sales-relevant master data in CRM/SAP
• Monitoring and compliance with delivery dates
• Independent correspondence with customers, subsidiaries, and agents
• Processing complaints, returns, and dunning
• Willingness to visit subsidiaries, agents, and customers on-site (max. 10%)

Your profile:

• Technical training in mechanical/plant engineering and commercial further education (e.g., technical merchant)
• Several years of solid experience in the sale of industrial capital goods
• Knowledge in dealing with international customers
• Proficient in SAP
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (Level C1), additional language skills are a plus
