Technical Trainer 80-100% (f/m/d)

Your daily contribution:

• Implement and conduct technical training (theory and hands-on) with a strong focus on BC (Burckhardt Compression) and OBC (Other Brand Compressor) products
• Delivering customer training at BC and customer sites
• Assist and support lead trainer to develop, review, amend and update existing training documents.
• Develop and deliver training across various channels: classroom, hands-on, webinars and E-Learnings
• Responsible for training quality and ensure continuous improvement
• Support or lead training related projects
• Providing basic and specialized knowledge of the latest technologies
• Assist with upkeep and improvement of training machinery and infrastructure

Your Profile:

• Higher education qualifications in a technical discipline and at least five years’ experience in a role with a strong technical focus
• Several years' of experience of developing and implementing sourcing strategies across multiple regions
• Knowledge of compressor systems, compressor technologies and services (Oil and gas production, gas transport and storage, refinery, chemical and petrochemical industries, as well as in industrial gas applications)
• Experience in Success Factor, SAP and CRM
• Experience in working with digital learning methods like e-learning and webinars
• Fluency in English and German
• Excellent teaching-, speaking and strong pedagogical skills
• Proactive mind-set and the ability to work independently and proactively, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels and being a strong team player
